Home cleaning, how it all starts:
Before we begin, a manager will visit your home to access the cleaning required and to talk about your preferences in regards to your cleaning requirements, the chat will consist of days and times you prefer, how long the cleaning is likely to take, your preferred choice of cleaning products which could be our highly branded range or a more eco-friendly type of product, we then either book you in for your first clean or let you have a think about it, there is no obligation.
Once you have booked in with us a cleaner will arrive on your specified day and time, they will be shown around by yourself and then left to carried out the work, if you cannot be there our manager who did the initial visit will show them around and explain the cleaning task required.
If you require an emergency clean and you cannot attend, a key collect will be required.
